interior lights !!!

abit of a strange one i noticed afew days ago that the rear passengers center courtesy light is always on wen driving, it goes out if the engine is off and key removed also goes out wen locking the car. it does have blue LED bulbs and i have changed them around to see if it was that bulb but no joy.
anyone got any ideas

well with my kids (2 with ADD and 1 with ADHD) and thats not counting the stress the mrs gives me LOL
