| thats about the best..dont forget to look in the How To forum to get the link to z20let site on how to fit the vxr turbo..and also there is a video link in there to on how to fit a vxr turbo....just make sure that you prime the turbo prior to running engine after fitting.. | |

| Like i said earlier , take your time fitting and double check everything...remember to only tighten the manifold stud nuts torque to 10nm ..max..and then leave for a few mins then retighten them again to 10nm..and thats not Very tight..just over finger tight... and prime the turbo..turn engine over for a while with the coil pack off or disconnect the wire to coil pack ..to pump oil through turbo etc .. | |

| to try Valve stem seals take it too a long hill and let her run down over the hill with your foot of the gas pedal (engine holding the car back itself) and when you reach the bottom put your foot down and keep a watch out of the rear if a plume of smoke comes out and then seems to get less then you have valve stem seal leakage..if no plume of smoke comes out, then its not them,,,,try this a few times..for a definate result.. | |

| yes its just a breather..did you clean out the front breather also the 90 degree one that runs from rocker cover to crankcase..its a 90 degree rubber/silicon hose that goes into a metal tube that bolts on with 2 bolts at bottom..(you will need a new gasket or instant gasket to refit it..) this pipe was full of oily thick residue when i changed my turbo..cleaned it right through with a long baby bottle brush.... | |
