| you can fit a VP44 tuning box to it. it would most probably have to be hardwired into the ecu harness | |

| www.superchips.co.uk do a bluefin which is a great remap will take you up to about 128-130 bhp and stable and not harsh either. plus once you have a blue fin you can recycle it if you by a new car and get the map emailed to you i am getting one for mine which will take me up to about 178 bhp | |

| What year is the car?.....it's not so easy to remap post 2002 cars as they have the hybrid fuel pump fitted. The DTi doesn't take too kindly to being tuned anyway so I would advise getting a de-cat, stainless exhaust, free flowing air filter and carry out the air box mod......or you could just live with it! | |

| funny that, my wife told me to live with it!! it is a 2000 done a bit of digging around and people are saying basically what you have just said about DTI's disagreeing with being tuned.but the breathe easy approach shouldnt bother it. what is the airbox mod? | |

| The airbox mod is very simple to do and you basically remove a couple of pipes inside the airbox that apparently restrict airflow. You can also fit a Vectra C inlet pipe along with a performance air filter for even better results. There is a "how to" on another forum. PM me if you need it. Cheers | |
