Mini meet parts swap

Well had a great day today

270 miles of bliss driving today with detour courtesy of too much talking to my bro inlaw and the rolled Ford Puma in the ditch and missing our turning and going via the countryside bout 30 miles out the way

But first a pic of what I had to dfo yesterday to please the wife

was all arranaged with Mr Heritage (LEE) for a nice wheel swap and a rear door card upgrade.

Started off this morning at about 8 and was bound for Chiveley services on the M4 was going grewat headed out my usual routew and took the wrong turning and ended up heading via Tinten Abbey to the M4 via the M48

Arrived at about 10:30 to see Mr Heritage parked awaiting my arrival. Was a pleasant site to see indeed. One GSI waiting for another.

So circa 10:30 this morning we bagan our pleasantaries and cracked on to work and admired each others cars and mods.

Just need to get it lowered by bout 30 and be sitting sweet!!!!

Very happy with my new wheels all coming off tomorrow to be cleaned and shined

Was a nivce outing from the valleys of Wales today. Will get pics up tomorrow with wheels cleaned and shined and of the boot door card fitted\!!!

Have to say big difference in overall performance from the 18's to 17's only got to check the real cornering capability on the roundabout by where i live on a camber and 4th exit

They are like motorcycle headlight covers just lightly sprayed black. the light that shines through is dimmer but if i do night time driving then they come off for a better through. otherwise daytime use mainly as i work nights on the taxis so different car

Had them off of ebay. Though mine ar eblack i guess you could lightly spray them in arden blue too
