Been to look @ a zaffy!

Well this afternoon i went to look at a zaffy comfort 2.0 dti and i think it might be the 1! its silver (bodywork aint to good tbh but it can be fixed) its got 127k and its up for £2475 does this seem any good? i dont want to get the 1st 1 i see but i just cant seem to find 1 in my price range near me! any feed back would be great as you lot have already got zaffys!

not a bad price as its a diesel, i bought mine 1.6 petrolfor £1600, timing belt snapped after a month, last serviced at 21k its now done 109k, was really badly maintained but ive got it back to its good ol self so check all the service history, brakes, battery etc. dependin on body work u mite be able to bring em down a bit. tbh buddy the bodywork aint that bad but by trade im a sprayer so i pick at everything!lol im hoping to swap it for my veccy so fingers crossed n all that

what year is it. mine is an x reg 2.0 DTI again bodywork has its fair share of scratches. 94,000 on clock. full service history. I paid 2400 for mine. but to be honest was a few bits i had to do to it. (new rear light, valet) and a few really annoying trim bits inside still to be sorted

it's a 2001 51 plate id say it needs a few 100 £ spending on it but il get it how i want it. my plans are, 17''s, 30mm drop, tints, drop down dvd, either colour coded trim or gloss black trim, de-badging and a few bits and bobs inside

sounds like a good price for year. silver is as bad as black for showing dents and scratches and been in trade really doesnt help. i worked in a boby shop for three years. and I cringe every time I wash mine.

pain in the ass! my missis says im way to picky and i expect too much because even tho i look after my car other people dont! i think il end up getting it tho tbh it'l be a working progress! i always said if i had to get a bus id get a gsi but with the milage i do it would cost me a bomb plus im skint! lol at lease i can put my own stamp on it when i get it

thats true. there a few bits i want for mine. but this is my first car so until i get insurance premium down. i aint doin nothing.
