that is really odd...! if you are using Internet Explorer then you probably need to uninstall and reinstall the program but the quickest way will be to install another internet browser. try installing Mozilla firefox that the one im using, i dont use IE anymore.

on your control panel go to preference and check if you tick yes to "always allow bbcode and alweays allow html" if not tick yes. if that doesnt work then something on your internet security program is blocking it.
