Hi there mate, still 100% happy with it, Pop down to halfords for- 1 tin of primer, 1 tin of black sapphire vauxhall paint(check your plate on the drivers door sill for your paint code. I'm assuming its 20r like mine). And 1 tin of clear laquer. You also need a few sheets of really rough sand paper, a few sheets of 800 wet and dry and a few 1500 sheets of wet n dry, all available at halfords. Think all materials came up to 25 quid. I'm going to take the rear chrome strip off the back at some point and do the same. Just follow this how to.. http://forum.astraownersnetwork.co.uk/showthread.php?t=50655 .Just make sure to really rough it up and take all the shine off the chrome in every nook and cranny. Hope it helps

started my grill today, sanded down and primed,paint on tomorrow.

Yes mate, got mi spoiler and tailgate strip on but can't put pics on because the laptop is broke. Should have it back very soon so I'll put some on asap bud. It looks really nice

just looking at your pics of the job you did. are the plastic trim parts on the lower bumper painted aswell or are they still the standard greyish colour.

No there just standard plastic inserts, was interested in adding fogs but it sounds really hard. Why what you thinkin? And get some pics up of the job you done bud :0), would like to see it dude .

broke 1 or 2 plastic clips, but as you say there are plenty more.
