| Hi I have just won this on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180530487381&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:ITHaving relooked at the listing I am starting to have my doubts as to its application to my car, I did email the seller but in my haste decided to throw caution aside on this. The radio is in good condition but having re read the writing in Red am thinking am I gonna be able to fit this to my car. Am now thinking will it be the delivery code of 0000 or a radio with no code received. Sadly it has also been paid for through ebay so thinking now when it comes all its gonna be good for is a paper weight Opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Roy | |

| you should be able to get it techII'd into your car. AFAIK the radio in the zaf "B" is "married" to the ecu and needs to be installed via opcom. HTH. | |

| Thanks guys for your advice its much appreciated. I have emailed the seller so shall see what they say, I'm guessing it will take a few days if not a week or so to arrive so shall wait and see. Having read one of the comment can this be paired using the opcom as if it can this will be the next purchase for me. Cheers again Roy | |

| Hi I have had a response from the seller and am now feeling the swap maybe possible, just waiting on delivery and will see what can be done. Email response Dear Roy,
Theese radios were divorced by an Opel dealer in an Opel service with "tech2". We have so many radios. Sorry, but I can't give you the chassis number of the car. Don't worry theese radios are fit with the types mentionned in the advert. If there will be a problem (if it won't fonctionne well)with the radio we will send another one. But theese are good radios. And theese are all CD30 MP3.
You have to pair it with your car in an Opel/Vauxhall car service.
Kind regards!XXXX Certainly looks promising what do you guys think? Cheers Roy

| Hi mate im sure the other replys are correct, you need to have tech2 to pair to your display on your car,his reply to you is also correct, it does need to be divorced from the doner car which he says he has done, so should be no problem pairing to yours, not sure about the op com, i just got one myself today in the post, hope to use for a new key i have just got ??, hope you get the radio soon, music , you just got have it while your driving . | Well this weekend although had its downfall also had its benefits I went to see a top man off another site he may even be on here and he attempted to pair my new radio and he was partially there however who ever removed the replacement radio wiped all the coding and so it could not be configured to my car but on the plus side I had the original re-instated with the trip enable and more and to top it off was a great day out as I also took the family to the seaside for the day.
The upgrade radio will be going back in due course as I now want a VXMMI radio gotta start saving lol
