my zafira gsi

This my zafira gsi project so far still got a few bits as u can see it has big fmic, pre cat, vxr turbo and a set of coilovers still gotta get it re mapped vxr injectors full exhaust system wheels refurbed windows tinted to match the rears and full samco silicone hose kit.

Cheers yeah i love them in arden blue just ordered my arden blue wasteegate actuator to got on i got told if u got a vxr turbo upgrade the actuator so shud look nice when its on.

i wanted a silver one when i was shopping for one but the mrs and kids wanted blue (and they get what they want) lol. glad i did get it now, ive gone for the black and blue theme on mine and goes quite well (new pics coming latter).

sweet! , ive always wanted a GSI! but i can only afford the 1.8 . may i ask what coilovers are you putting on?

cheers lads still got a few things to do before its finished... the coilovers are apex coilovers i got them dirt cheap only £180 there not stiff either whice what im chuffed about.

hi mate ware did u get that intercooler from? cuz im after one for my! is it ok to fit or is it a bit of a pig to do??

it was my first time fitting 1 and i thought i would do better pissing in the wind lol it was so easy its un true. its a tx autosport 1 from ebay i got the £400 1 but there is another 1 for £350. it makes such a diffrence get that and a pre cat and it improves revs running cooling and yr 0.60 time.

very pissed off just went out for a drive a my bus just went into limp mode

yeah i put the blow off valve on and the hose was kinked when i pulled up outside mine the manifold was glowing red i even lite my fag on it. luckily everything is still under warrenty so if anything as gone pete tong will get replaced. still not good tho will take it to work and plug my diagnostic on it to see what the fault code is thats 1 good thing about bein a servive tech i get given diagnostics. lol

done it pluged it in a deleted the faults JOB DONE lol

good that you got it sorted, glowing manifold isnt good

waste gate hose. i no i s+@t myself when i saw it glowing red especially when i lit a fag off it. lol

Looks great glowing manifold is normal!

When I give it the beans the manifold is bright red I was worried and asked on another forum ans it's normal. Was told when it get White it's really hot lol!

What fuel are u running it on?
