Subject: Can I fit a 2.5v6 engine in my zaffy Tue Apr 27, 2010 7:28 pm
Hi All
just got a question, my 2.2 z22se engine has popped, so would like to know if i can fit a 2.5 v6 (X25XE/C25XE) engine and if so will it go straight in or will it need some modification
I currently have a 2.2 Z22SE engine in at the moment
if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated

good luck my friend lol u will need to modifiy the bulk head as the 2.5 v6 is longer and much wider than urs it wont be an easy task but it has been done round my way before......

hi mate ,dont do it the extra weight will make it fron heavy ,and the wirring will be a nightmare,get your self a SMASHED zaf turbo or similar,or swap it for what you got and supercharge it ,whats upo with your engine
